Magali has two priorities: children and cooking.
A childhood in a large family initiated her to manage large tables; beginnings in the restoration allowed him to implement his faculties. From ladle to pan,
Magali evolves towards childcare: first as an approved maternal assistant, then in various childcare structures. For several years, she has been working with children in difficulty while providing them with good culinary care, thus succeeding in combining her two main passions. She will take advantage of this trip to meet children in schools or homes on our course and to be interested in the recipes of different cultures. Sharing is the motto of this journey, these two years will be essential for her to:
◊◊ to facilitate the contact between French children and those of other cultures, and to provoke inter-ethnic meetings across borders, to bring to exchanges between groups of children of each country.
◊◊ collect country-specific recipes and tips for sharing, either live or through videos, writing, correspondence ...
◊◊ establish a list of local products that make the wealth of each region.
Used to changing places relatively often during his childhood, he kept the taste of travel. Didier also likes to touch everything and understand how things and people work: accidentally launched into technical drawing, he first explores all areas of this sector; then, passionate about photography since his adolescence, he rushes there professionally with success at the dawn of his 50 years. It is the attraction of the trip and the interest for his art which pushed him to organize this adventure, this new exploration of a world where everything seems to him to discover and especially to photograph.
His goals for this trip will be:
◊◊ photograph many landscapes and use these images with magazines, tourist agencies or individuals. Make one or more books (or brochures).
◊◊ to make portraits according to the meetings; in pictures and texts.
◊◊ make videos to design a movie about the trip.
